THE BRIDGE LEARNING COMMUNITY
Interest Driven
Relationship Rich
Community Focused
We trust that young people are naturally curious and capable learners. Our role is to provide opportunities, connections, resources, and supportive relationships that help them thrive.
We are a community-centered learning hub that supports young people and families through a variety of programs, including our enrichment classes and clubs, Spark Self-Directed Education Co-Op, and our play-based early childhood program.
Enrichment classes and clubs bring together many educational resources in one welcoming space. Spark offers a relationship-rich learning community where young people direct their own learning alongside supportive peers and mentors. Our early childhood program provides young children with opportunities for joyful exploration, imaginative play, and connection with nature and community.
Enrollment now open! Click above for enrichment classes and clubs (ECC). ECCs serve as a community gathering place where learners can:
Connect with local instructors and mentors.
Build friendships and learn in community.
Explore new interests and passions.
Rather than following a one-size-fits-all approach, we celebrate the many ways children learn and grow. The Bridge supports a wide range of educational philosophies, including:
Unschooling
Public school
Homeschool
Montessori
All learners are welcome!
Do you have a skill, passion, trade, hobby, or area of expertise you'd love to share with young people? We're looking for enthusiastic instructors to offer classes, workshops, clubs, and special programs. No teaching degree required.
We're interested in people who:
Love working with young people
Are passionate about their subject
Value curiosity and exploration
Support diverse learners
Create engaging, hands-on experiences
